Marilyn Manson Hospitalised After Stage Prop Crushes Him During NYC Show

Marilyn Manson has been rushed to hospital from a performance in New York City after a huge stage prop toppled onto him, crushing him beneath it.

Witnesses say they saw Manson grapple with the giant pistol-shaped prop – possibly trying to climb it – before it fell on top of him.

A prob fell on Marilyn Manson and he was taken out by paramedics on a stretcher. The put a curtain up so we couldn’t see. It looked bad.

Rolling Stone reports that emergency workers attended to Manson, with venue staff at the Hammerstein Ballroom repeatedly calling for ice.

The rest of the show was cancelled, and Manson’s reps have issued a statement saying:

Manson suffered an injury towards the end of his incredible NYC show. He is being treated at a local hospital.

Manson also reportedly took a tumble at the previous night’s show in Pittsburgh, falling off the stage and telling the crowd he broke his ankle.

The show at the Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC is only the third in Manson’s current tour, which is due to finish on October 28.
