Uh oh, for the 30th week in a row Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has lost the Newspoll – the same amount Malcolm used to unseat old mate Tony Abbott.
Even if you had no idea about politics, you’d know this wouldn’t look good on the old LinkedIn.
As always, The Australian has the exclusive and will officially publish the result tomorrow but they have confirmed in a tweet that the Government is still stuck in a despair ditch, possibly climbing out onto struggle street.
Even though a loss is still a loss the Coalition did manage to close the gap 48/52 which doesn’t sting as much as past results.

So, what’s going to happen? Will Malcolm be betrayed? Will Tony Abbott lob an onion at his head? Will a surprise Kevin 07 suddenly appear, or Julia Gillard? Nah, she’s probably sipping some tea.
A Newspoll says a thousand words but we will never know anything for sure until election day so we wait… unless something batshit crazy happens again… which isn’t totally unlikely.
