I don’t why anyone posts the things they do, much less what drives the mind of a 65-year-old One Nation Senator in the immediate moments prior to posting. The poster’s mindset of Malcolm Roberts is certainly not an ordinary one, so lord knows just what the blue hell he was thinking earlier today in posting a photo of himself getting torched to shit.
Senator Roberts got particularly bent out of shape earlier this morning over a Greens motion in the Senate clarifying for the record that Australia has no official language (which is true! English is the de facto language, but it has no legal status as the “official” language of the land).
In an attempt to make some sort of point about the Greens, Roberts chose to post a photo of himself from the floor of the senate that just-so-happened to feature Victorian Greens Senator Janet Rice in the background.
It’s just that the photo features Rice giving Roberts one of the all-time great background rumblings you’re likely to see in a political forum.
“Greens belong in a salad, not in the Senate” he reckons, which is tough talk from a bloke who just copped an absolute pizzling on the floor of Australian Parliament.
‘Course nothing really comes from social media posturing like this, other than Roberts exposing himself as something of a big annoying dickhead, which isn’t exactly news to anyone. Though he’s not likely to admit that anytime soon. Luckily for all of us, there’s a Dril tweet for every occasion.

At the end of the day here, it’s a highlight moment for Janet Rice in anyone’s estimation. And a monumental self-own from Roberts.
