In the second instalment of ABC First Run‘s Confession Booth, please welcome Australian actor Brendan Cowell.
Basking in the success of directing Sydney Film Festival‘s opening night film Ruben Guthrie, Cowell decides to try to one up (the previous Confession Booth guest) Tracey Spicer’s gruesome handjob story with an extensive range of intriguing confessions.
From sleeping with a girl who may or may not have thought he was another Australian actor, to pashing Aussie actor Toby Schmitz while on ~hug drug pills~, to punching a mouthy stranger in Erskineville… his confessions are quite the narrative rollercoaster. We guess confessions aren’t always above board of political correctness – but isn’t that what the confession booth is for?
The ABC legal team have obviously gone HAM on the bleep button to conceal names in this one. You’ll understand why when you listen:
