Lawyer Confirms JonBenét’s Brother Is Suing CBS Over Finger-Pointing Doco

Who didn’t see this coming?
The lawyer for Burke Ramsey, the older brother of murder victim JonBenét Ramsey, has confirmed that he’ll be suing CBS over their recent documentary, ‘The Case Of: JonBenét Ramsey’.
The highly-publicised and popular doco, which aired two days ago, implicated Burke as being the culprit in the 90s closed case, with many experts definitively saying they believed he had killed JonBenét
The major theory, which was heavily implied in the show as damn near conclusive, was that Burke, 9 years old at the time, hit JonBenét on the head with a heavy-duty flashlight, and parents John and Patsy Ramsey covered up the murder in order to protect their son.
Burke‘s lawyer L. Lin Wood has now told TMZ that his client will be suing CBS:
“You damn betcha I’m gonna sue CBS, the phony experts and everyone else that put this thing together.”
He also told another source that Ramsey was planning on specifically suing one of the experts featured in the doco, Dr. Werner Spitz. Wood said to E! News,
“CBS doesn’t have enough money to compensate this man for the permanent damage they have caused this man’s reputation that he has to live with for the rest of his life.

When I am done with CBS, the verdict from the Hulk Hogan vs. Gawker case is going to look like peanuts.”
CBS has responded to the claim, saying that the network “stands by the broadcast and will do so in court”.
