Kylie Jenner‘s been teasing *something* for days, what with the drop of her Kylie Cosmetics holiday collection and the sudden appearance of a standalone KJ merch site with countdown to its launch in 18 days (want a long-sleeve with her boobs on it? You’re in luck!).

Now we know the makeup empire she’s built from the ground up – which has so far netted her $8.75 million in rev – is getting its first brick and mortar store at the massive Westfield Topanga in Canoga Park, California just in time to boost her coffers for Christmas.

it was all just a dream ?? coming soon to the Topanga Westfield Mall. I grew up at this mall .. Crazy ?? 12.9.16

Kylie, 19, designed the interior herself and it should look familiar if you follow her on social media, ‘cos part of it is meant to look like an exact replica of the bedroom in her recently-purchased Hidden Hills mansion.

Other cool stuff: there’ll be a mammoth, Kris Jenner-style Xmas tree in-store, with Kylie Cosmetics makeup and merch hanging from its branches. As well as, obviously, the full range and special holiday gift sets.

The doors fling open on Friday, December 9, and it’s *supposed* to run on typical store hours but – if you’re ever tried actually buying a Lip Kit – you know that ain’t gonna happen. Those bad boys literally fly off shelves, with every restock since the very drop in November 2015 selling out in 17 minutes tops.

In other words: it’s gonna be a bloodbath.
