Kyle Daniels was arrested at his Balgowlah home yesterday morning after an investigation by NSW Police Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Squad.

He stands accused of two counts of intentionally sexually touching a child under 10 years old, and one count of sexual intercourse with a child under 10 years old.

Police allege the offences were perpetrated at a Mosman pool.

The Australian reports Daniels’ casual employment at the facility was suspended in February after the girls reported the incidents to their parents.

The former Knox Grammar student had reportedly held his position for two years.

His case was brought before Manly Local Court for a short hearing yesterday. Daniels was not present for the hearing, and did not apply for bail. He is slated to face court again on March 20.

Investigations are ongoing.
