Court Docs Say There’s Actual Video Of Kevin Spacey’s Alleged Sexual Assault

Investigators have footage of disgraced actor Kevin Spacey allegedly sexually assaulting an 18-year-old man, according to a criminal complaint filed against the 59-year-old actor.

The Hollywood Reporter states a Massachusetts state police report, which was filed with a criminal complaint in the Nantucket district court, alleges the man captured footage of Spacey grabbing his crotch and that he sent the video to his girlfriend as proof.

The document alleges the accuser, a busboy for Nantucket restaurant and bar The Club Car, met the actor while working at the venue in 2016. Spacey allegedly plied the then-underage man with drinks, boasted about the size of his penis, and asked the man to come home with him.

After his refusal, Spacey allegedly unzipped the man’s pants and grabbed his penis. The man alleges he was stunned by the assault and feared telling colleagues at the bar because he had been drinking. The documents state he was able to slip away as Spacey used the bathroom and told family members about the experience soon after.

The complaint states the man’s girlfriend told police about the video, which allegedly shows Spacey groping the man’s crotch over his pants. The Boston Globe reports that in a court hearing last week, Spacey’s lawyer argued the footage does not show his client assaulting anyone, merely someone’s hand touching the shirt of someone else.

The revelation of the footage comes days after Spacey released his own video, in which he reprised the role of House Of Cards‘ Frank Underwood to deliver a cryptic message about his innocence.

Spacey is due for arraignment on a felony charge of indecent assault and battery on January 7.
