Katy Perry Announced As Forbes Highest Paid Woman In Music For 2015

Forbes has announced that the delightful, talented pixie who sometimes feels like a plastic bag drifting through the wind, Katy Perry, is the Highest Paid Woman in Music for 2015
Perry took out the title by earning a HAAAA-UUUUGE 135 million dollary-doos. That number again ladies and gentlemen, was $135,000,000. Mental.
While most people expected T-Swift to take the title, it’s understandable Katy nabbed it: she’s had a super successful world tour (allegedly bringing in around $2 million in each and every city she visited), constant hit singles, and some pretty majestic endorsement deals. Earlier this year she told Forbes,

“I am proud of my position as a boss, as a person that runs my own company. I’m an entrepreneur. … I don’t want to shy away from it. I actually want to kind of grab it by its balls.”

The other five women who also seized some entrepreneurial testicles, AKA the Top 6 Highest Earning Women in Music, goes as follows:
1 – Katy Perry, $135 million
2 – Taylor Swift, $80 million
3 – Fleetwood Mac (Stevie Nicks & Christine McVie), $59.5 million
4 – Lady Gaga, $59 million
5 – Beyoncé, $54.5 million
