In a post to their Instagram, the Pennsylvania chapter of the SPCA took to Instagram to post a photo of the Queer Eye star meeting his two new kittens. They wrote:

“We were saddened to learn early this week that JVN’s beloved cat, Bug passed away. But, much to our surprise, [he] stopped into our PSPCA Fishtown Center to adopt not one, but two kittens who were in need of #furever families. While no one can ever replace Bug, we know these two bundles of love will certainly help on the way to healing.”

Jonathan Van Ness also shared a video of himself cuddling with the two new cats, revealing their names to be Genevieve and Matilda. They will join Larry and Liza in his crazy cat fam.

The grooming expert is known for posting selfies with his cats:

Earlier this week, he shared the tragic news of Bug’s passing. “I’m hurting so bad today I can’t put it into words,” he wrote.

We’re wishing him all the best with Genevieve and Matilda.
