Hollywood Talent Agent Fired After Sexual Assault Allegations Surface

A Hollywood agent who represented many young clients like Finn Wolfhard of Stranger Things and Cameron Boyce of Disney’s Descendants franchise has been fired from his agency after sexual assault allegations surfaced.

Tyler Grasham, was accused of sexual assault by Blaise Godbe Lipman, now 28, who claimed in a #MeToo post that Grasham abused him 10 years ago when he was seeking representation as an actor.

“Tyler Grasham, under the pretence of a business meeting regarding potential agency representation at APA Agency, fed me alcohol while I was underage and sexually assaulted me,” Lipman’s Facebook post read.

“APA Agency has kept this man employed, working with kid actors. I find it incredibly difficult to believe they do not know of his predatory behavior, using his position within the company to prey on naive kids.”

Deadline reports that there is at least one more accuser, who spoke to the publication directly.

“Tyler Grasham has been terminated, effective immediately,” a spokesperson for the agency APA said. Before he was fired, the agency said they were investigating the claims

APA takes these allegations extremely seriously and is investigating this matter. [We have a] neutral, independent investigator looking into the allegations, and it is company policy not to discuss confidential personnel matters.

Before he was fired, both Wolfhard and Cameron Boyce had terminated their relationship with Grasham. It is reported that the APA are attempting to find new agents for the rest of Grasham’s clients.
