In a move that, to be honest, was probably expected by most people, Hillary Clinton has officially announced that she is running for U.S. President in 2016.
She announced her campaign via social media, including a video posted to Facebook, along with the caption “I’m running for President. Everyday Americans need a champion. And I want to be that champion. -H”
Clinton has made “everyday Americans” the theme of her campaign, saying “Americans have fought their way back from tough economic times, but the deck is still stacked in favour of those at the top.”
