Former Weinstein Assistant Says He Worked Naked, Had A Gross Sex Couch

A lawsuit filed this week by a former personal assistant has revealed more details about Harvey Weinstein‘s alleged sexual misconduct, including disturbing details about him groping her in the back of an SUV and making her clean up after his sexual encounters.

Sandeep Rehal, who began working for the disgraced producer in 2013, is suing Harvey and Bob Weinstein as well as their company and its former head of human resources, saying that she was “forced to work in a pervasive and severe sexually hostile work environment.”

According to court documents, Rehal had reached an “emotional breaking point” by the time she quit her job in 2015, and she has made some disturbing allegations about her time at TWC, saying most of her tasks revolved around catering to her boss’s “sexual appetites.”

Per the lawsuit, Rehal claims that she was required to facilitate the “preparations” and “clean-up” of his “extremely prolific sexual encounters” – this included procuring lingerie, managing a stock of erectile dysfunction medications, and setting up an apartment to be used in trysts.

Rehal also alleged that part of her job involved cleaning up semen on the couch in her boss’s office, something she said “happened on a regular basis, three or so times a week when Harvey Weinstein was in New York.”

She claims that the movie mogul would use sexually explicit language around the office, and would make her take dictation of emails while he was naked.

Furthermore, she claims that when she was required to drive with him in his chauffeured Lexus SUV, he would sit with her in the back and touch her thighs. His behaviour, she alleges, was “common knowledge” amongst staff at TWC.

A representative for the producer has refuted the allegations in a statement, saying: “Mr. Weinstein categorically denies these claims and his lawyers will respond in the appropriate legal forum with evidence proving they are untrue.”
