Get Farked: QLD Woman Wakes Up & Finds 5-Metre Python In Bedroom

A Queensland woman woke up yesterday at 4:30am to find a five-metre python wrapped around her living room.

Trina Hibberd, from Mission Beach, uploaded footage of the snake – which snake catchers called “a kangaroo killer” stretching from her bedroom, draped over a picture, and hanging ’round her hat stand to Facebook.

“We’ve got a visitor, and it’s fucking huge,”
you can hear her say in the footage. “It is massive. Oh god.”

And here it is in her guest bedroom:

According to Facebook comments we went and stalked, Hibberd tried to call the police, but they wouldn’t come, so she locked the snake in her bedroom while awaiting help.

“He just slid in through the back door, switched on the hallway light by himself, checked out [one bedroom] (and knocked some stuff over in there), then headed towards my room until I disturbed him,” Hibberd wrote. “[He then] slithered up & over the hatstand, back down the hallway, then decided to take residence in [another] room where I locked him in! Trashed the room badly until the snake catchers got him.”

Hibberd says the snake has been chilling at her residence since at least 2012, but she’s pretty sure he’s been living in the roof for longer.

“He used to slither down into the pool area for a feed & a drink then slither back up just before sunrise unless he had a tummy full of food & got stuck,” she wrote. “Am pretty happy that he’s gone. Snake catcher said he was a kangaroo killer!”

AUSTRALIA WHAT KIND OF FKD UP GAMES ARE YOU PLAYING WITH US?

Nobody – and we mean nobody – needs a kangaroo-killer in their bedroom in the middle of the night.
