George Michael’s Autopsy Has Come Back As “Inconclusive”

Hearts were completely broken when iconic singer songwriter George Michael passed away on Christmas Day in the UK, at the age of 53.
Michael‘s passing was one of the many celebrity deaths that devastated us all in 2016, and even more so due to the fact that it was a shock death, and the reported details of how he died were conflicting at best.
The autopsy of the pop star has now been completed, and unfortunately, Michael‘s loved ones won’t be receiving closure on what happened anytime soon.
The results of the autopsy are ‘inconclusive’ after the post-mortem examination on Thursday.
Thames Valley Police‘s press officer Hannah Jones has publicly stated that further tests are needed, and results will not be known for several weeks.
“A Post Mortem examination was carried out yesterday as part of the investigation into the death of George Michael.

The cause of death is inconclusive and further tests will now be carried out.

The results of these tests are unlikely to be known for several weeks.”
Police told press at the time of the singer’s passing that they were treating the death as “unexplained but not suspicious”, while his manager Michael Lippman told press that he died of heart failure
