The latest development in the colourful life of Frances Abbott, Tony Abbott‘s youngest daughter, is a surprise engagement to a bloke she’s been seeing for all of two weeks.
The fitness blogger made the announcement via Instagram, saying of her Olympian rower boyfriend Sam Loch, “Two weeks was all it took to know that forever with you was a mighty fine idea.”
The 26-year-old bodybuilding enthusiast said in an interview for the current edition of Harper’s Bazaar, “I always describe myself as ‘so single’, because that’s how single I am. Like, very, very single.”
Apparently not so single any more! Her now-fiance is a 34-year-old weightlifter who competed in the 2008 and 2012 Olympics as a rower, and who is, incidentally, totally fucking ripped.
He also looks pretty good with a puppy, but who doesn’t.
We’re looking forward to hearing more about how the star-crossed lovers came to know each other, but for now, all we’ll say is CONGRATS, you crazy kids – it seems like a match made in rock-hard ab-having heaven.
