Former Playboy Model Sentenced After Gross Body-Shaming Gym Creepshot

Dani Mathers, the former Playboy model perhaps most famous for taking and sharing a totally needless creepshot of a naked gym patron, has been sentenced to thirty days of community service.

Last year, Mathers took the photo of the 70-year-old woman without her knowledge and shared it to her Snapchat account, with the caption “if I can’t unsee this, you can’t either.”

It quickly drew attention as a primo example of body shaming, and a criminal complaint was eventually filed against her on the grounds of invasion of privacy.
The 30-year-old entered a no contest plea to the charge, despite originally saying she had only intended to send the message to a friend. Mathers has been placed on probation for three years, and was also ordered to pay the seemingly-tiny amount of $80 to the victim in restitution.
FWIW, Mathers will be removing graffiti as part of her punishment, a seemingly apt task for someone who created some pretty damaging and unwanted content herself.
