In case you missed it – and trust us, our page views this week say that’s highly unlikely – the Australian producer and DJ was recently filmed inserting his face between the bumcheeks of his partner, Paige Elkington, at the Nevada desert bacchanal.
The footage marked a turning point in the musician’s career, and his Wikipedia page now has a ‘Controversies’ section dedicated to his appetite for ass.
Now, days after the short video went viral, Flume has taken to Instagram to claim the whole thing was a “joke.” Notably, he issued that caption on a photo of him chowing down on a juicy peach, so take his contrition with a pinch of salt.
Fellow musos including Alison Wonderland, Bag Raiders, Slumberjack, and even Paris Hilton (!) have commented on the post, offering their appreciation for the dude’s sly message.
It is yet to be seen what his mum thinks about the whole ordeal. We’ll keep you posted.
