We know this is for a movie, but honestly if the movie ends up being anything other than this for two hours we’ll be shattered.
This is more or less the defining image of Bill Murray in 2014 – relaxed, sitting on a swinging chair, casually fetching a smoke out of his hiding place, warbling along to Bob Dylan on a Walkman, and with a completely non-existent level of fucks to give.
The clip is from the upcoming St Vincent, in which Murray plays a curmudgeonly war vet, but in reality it looks like a film crew rocked up to his house, hit record, and built a film around that.
Bill Murray doing ordinary things makes ordinary things look amazing.
