PLEASE STOP WHATEVER YOU ARE DOING, dear readers, and bask in the joy that is a Muslim woman sledging Fox News by chucking on an American flag hijab to debate an Islamophobic knob jockey.
The former, friends, is Saba Ahmed, president and founder of the Republican Muslim Coalition, and the latter is Donald Trump spokesperson Katrina Pearson.
They both appeared on Fox News to debate Trump’s recent comments that he would be keen on shutting down mosques in the wake of the Paris attacks.
“Megyn,” she says. “We go to the mosque to pray.”
She says:
“It’s absolutely horrifying to hear that our constitutional rights of free exercise of religion are now going to be challenged just because somebody thinks that there may be some attendees who may disagree with your views.
“But the thing is – you wouldn’t shut down churches just because there were one or two Christians who were acting badly. The mosque has nothing to do with the terrorists. Yes there are people who misuse the religion for their own perverted ideology, but that has nothing to do my faith.”
Hey look, is that a perfect segue to slot in this bang-on FB post?

But back to Fox News – Megyn Kelly wrapped up the segment with a generic “thank you both for a thoughtful debate“, but:
SORRY FOX, PLEASE TRY AGAIN.
