Yesterday we were treated to a very lovely interview with ‘Baby Driver’ director, Edgar Wright, on Triple J, where he talked about his favourite Australian bands.
He was especially stoked on one particular band, King Gizzard And The Lizard Wizard, and said that if he were to make a ‘Baby Driver‘ sequel, he’d absolutely set a car chase scene to their song, ‘Gamma Knife’.
Wright also mentioned that he was going to try and “catch up with them in Melbourne,” and folks, I’m very glad to say that the moment came after the Melbs premiere for ‘Baby Driver’.

As if this isn’t the best thing you’ve seen all week.
In true excited-fan style, it seems that Edgar accidentally tagged a Twitter account that is definitely not the King Giz one, but instead this poor bloke from London.

Oh mate, sorry about your mentions.
Ok guys now hurry the fuck up and get to work on a video clip together. Cheers.
