There is nothing on earth more utterly confusing than chain fast food restaurants attempting to fancy up their shit by offering “gourmet” options and build-a-burgers with different cheeses and brioche buns and the like, solely because they’re trying to keep up with modern food trends.
That is not why we go to a drive-thru. That is not why we willingly order food from there.
Dominos India gets it. That’s why they’ve concocted this ghastly-looking pizza burger for you all to be both horrified by, and salivate over.
Better still, in terms of its actual construction, it is goods as advertised. No fuss. No muss. No secret whacky hidden surprises to be had.
It’s pizza toppings sandwiched between two pizza bases, burger style.
It’s the function over form of fast food items, and you cannot – YOU CANNOT – look me dead in the eye and tell me you don’t actually want to bash ten of those into your filthy face right this very instant.
Anyone who can state otherwise is a liar and a scoundrel of the highest degree.
God damn would you bloody well look at that thing.
