Couldn’t Score Jerry Tix? Go Weep At This Giant ‘Seinfeld’ Mural In Perth

Ordinarily when we’re talking about massive works of public art in the country, we’re generally referring to either Melbourne or Sydney, because we residents of those two burgs are spoiled swine who’d much sooner choke down a cup of International Roast than allow some of our precious c u l t u r e to seep out of the city limits.
But all praise be the art lords over in Perth, who have now bestowed upon the city a mural that’ll rival any other in the country. At least as far as fans of iconic 90s sitcoms are concerned.
Artist Paul Deej has unveiled his seriously gigantic mural dedicated to all things ‘Seinfeld,’ and it’s a deadset dream for superfans.
The huge (we can’t stress enough how big this dang this is) piece now adorns a street-facing wall near the 2nd Avenue IGA on Beaufort Street in Mount Lawley. Aside from the core cast of Jerry, Elaine, George, and Kramer, there’s appearances from a swathe of minor characters and iconic show moments: Frank Costanza and the “SERENITY NOW!” catchcry, the infamous Soup Nazi, even the Festivus Pole and a box of Junior Mints made the cut.
Don’t take our word for it. Wrap yr lookin’ orbs around these photos of that badboy in action.

WA residents keen to get a gander at it can do so from RIGHT THIS VERY SECOND, as Deej put the final touches on his mostly spray-painted piece late yesterday.
Go ask what the deal with it is, Perth pals!
And hey, while you’re at it: get heavily involved with every episode of ‘Seinfeld‘ ever, which the good folk at Stan are streaming right sodding now.
