Listen up, mates. A collective called Converse X is spicing up your ‘gram (with a lil’ help from Converse AU) and they’re legit gonna take your feed to the next level. It’s got a bunch of young photographers who’ve been trained up to creative genuinely good content – and copped some pretty excellent prizes.
We’re talking personalised pairs of Converse One Stars (monogrammed with their Insta handles, obvs.), content masterclasses, festival tickets and trips to LA in the name of #Converse_x_. So yes, we already want to be them and join the club (please and thank you).

A bunch of them are landscape photographers, which works out a treat since Converse One Star has hatched a lil’ takeover of Sydney and Melbourne. That means next time you pop in directions to the coastal walk or brunch you’ll get a sneaky peek at the coolest locations curated by these legitimately top shelf ‘grammers.
Not only have these kids scoped out the best places to hang out and grab a feed, but they’ve taken some sneaky snaps that will pop up as you wander. That means all the work is done for you next time you gotta show someone around town or wanna check out somewhere new for you to get your own sick Insta shots.

More importantly, Converse X isn’t just about follower counts, it’s about creating actual content – plus they’ve been up to a lot more than just taking some snaps, with the initiative seeing them get mentored and taught by Masego and Taku, casually jet-setting off to London for an influencer trip and taking part in a window shoot for General Pants.

And obvs the big thing they have in common is that they’re all treading around in the Converse One Stars, so they’ve even got a cool team look – you may only wear pink on Wednesdays, but these ‘grammers rock their personalised kicks whenever they can.
