Clive Palmer Is Rebranding Himself As A Beacon Of Positivity & Happiness

Since Clive Palmer ended his mercifully brief period in our nation’s Parliament, where he spent most of his time fending off accusations that he was covertly profiting off the collapse of his business Queensland Nickel, and thoroughly rorting the employees who worked there in the process.

It was a simpler time, when populist sentiment was being channeled into this weird Queenslander with no discernible beliefs and his motley crew of Senators, rather than the legitimately dangerous Pauline Hanson and One Nation.

Well, it looks live Clive has a new gig: relentless positivity on social media. Yup, ol’ Clive isn’t letting the haters – or legal authorities, for that matter – get him down. He’s gonna be a beacon of self-care and happiness.

Just yesterday, a Queensland Supreme Court judge denied Palmer’s appeal for a legal challenge over the Queensland Nickel collapse – a situation in which creditors are trying to claw back $300 million. Justice John Bond described Palmer’s attempt to appeal as an “affront to justice”.
Keep smiling, Clive.
