Broadsheet to Open Doors during F&W Festival

One of Melbourne’s favourite websites will open its doors during the Melbourne and Food and Wine Festival for some milk steaming and bean crushing.

Broadsheet have asked their favourite cafe operators to be a part of this exciting project, including Seven Seeds, Dead Man Espresso, Market Lane, Proud Mary, Five Senses and The Premises. The idea is to build the ultimate Melbourne cafe with the city’s best coffee and baristas. Each operator will be showcasing their unique roasts, tastes and techniques, running the cafe for a day with their own beans and baristas and ProCal‘s high quality milk.

The cafe, located at 24 Crossley Street in the city, is being designed by Studio Round and will feature beautiful Australian made furniture by Jardan. So drop in for a coffee and sit down to read the paper, or swing past for a take-away, with eco-friendly cups by BioPak.
