Body Of 22 Y.O. Queenslander Found 4 Days After Canoe Capsizes In Canada

A 22-year-old from Queensland has been found dead in Ontario, Canada, four days after a canoeing accident.
Former University of Southern Queensland student Bennett Zeller – who has been living in Mission, British Columbia – was canoeing with a friend in Georgian Bay when their boat capsized.
His mate, a 26-year-old Ontario native, managed to swim ashore and was treated for hypothermia before being released from hospital; Zeller, who wasn’t wearing a life jacket, tragically drowned.
His mother Kathrine posted of the family’s heartache on Facebook, saying she’s “dead inside”.

“Thank you to everyone for your (sic) Thoughts and love at this worst time of my life. I can’t reply to you all but please know how much it means to me. I am dead inside and have nothing left to give anyone but one day I may be able to thank you all properly.”

Zeller’s being remembered by family and friends as kind-hearted and adventurous.

RIP. :'(
