One man has died and two others are trapped after a rock fall near Wentworth Falls in the Blue Mountains.
Paramedics were called to the scene shortly before midday today after the apparent collapse of a popular walking trail in the national park.
In a statement, a New South Wales Ambulance spokesperson said “one patient is confirmed deceased and two other patients are trapped, at least one of them with serious injuries.”

ABC reports the men have been trapped against a rock wall, and have sustained potential leg fractures.
Fifteen ambulances have been dispatched to the area, along with three rescue helicopters. Special operations team paramedics are also on the scene.
