‘Course where those two mentioned above fell down was that they didn’t have one of the most critically acclaimed drama series as their launching platform.
The much anticipated spin-off to Breaking Bad in Better Call Saul – a series that takes place six years prior to the escapades of Walter White and focuses on the moral decay of Bob Odenkirk‘s devious lawyer character Saul Goodman – now finds itself having a definitive clock ticking away until its looming release.
The series will premiere on American cable network AMC on Sunday, February 8th (February 9th Australian time), with the second episode to follow a mere 24 hours later.
To couple with this news, we get ourselves a brand spanking new trailer that reveals… well, absolutely nothing at all. But it looks pretty good, and fits in with the seediness of the Albuquerque underbelly we’ve all come to know and love.
