Baptiste Giabiconi, the longtime muse and apparent PA to Karl Lagerfeld, is a man we are used to seeing draped in all sorts of finery made by various designers – but we’ve never quite appreciated his talents until coming across his recent shoot in L’Officiel Hommes China where he was styled as iconic pop stars.
Hats off to the hair and makeup team – the Bad-era Michael Jackson shot caused a giant double take, but his rendition of Bowie is kind of AMAZING right down to the slouchy hand-on-hip posture and casual cigarette.
Quite the chameleon, no?
