The internet is a gross place at the best of times, so as a cathartic exercise, a group of prominent Australian Muslims got together to read out some of the mean and vitriolic Tweets that cross their feeds on the regular.
Human rights advocate Sara Saleh, MPs Jihad Dib and Dr Mehreen Faruqi and writer Randa Abdel-Fattah all took part, reading out pearlers on everything from boycotting Vegemite to the difficulty of fucking off back to the Middle East when you were born in Australia.
