With books totally on the way out thanks to the latest downturn of Borders, now’s the optimum time to get acquainted with The Bard’s most famous works before he completely disappears from print. Getting you up to speed are the renowned Siren Theatre Company, whose take on ‘As You Like It’ is already garnering rave reviews in the printed press (the dudes just behind books in the line for extinction) and features some bright young stars like Shauntelle Benjamin (who’s been in Harry Potter and BBC’s The Murder Room) and Alice Cooper, although not the Alice Cooper you’re thinking of. We also hear there’s a jazz band in there. Wonders never cease.
