Armour And Swords Stolen From Melbourne Theatre, Police Appeal To Public For Help


Today in actual, real news that we did not make up, Melbourne police have asked the public to keep an eye out for people rocking suits of armor and swinging prop swords, as they may well be stolen goods.

Late last week, thieves broke in to the Cloc Musical Theatre at Heatherton and stole a variety of props, including “three full suits of armour, three inquisition hats and 11 prop swords.”
In a statement about the robbery, Victoria Police asked the public to be on the lookout for anyone resembling Brienne Of Tarth and / or The Mountain. They said in a statement:
“Have you seen a trio of aspiring thespians/thieves re-enacting a scene from Game of Thrones with rather realistic costumes?”
Anyone who sees anything like this is urged to snap a few pics for the lolz, and then contact Crime Stoppers, as that shit’s expensive and hard to replace. Should the thieves happen to be reading this:
