An Aussie Journo’s Scathing Takedown Of Donald Trump At G20 Has Gone Viral

As you might have heard, Donald Trump has been in Hamburg for the G20 summit for the past two days, and he’s been doing his now-standard diplomatic slapstick routine with aplomb: sending his unqualified and unelected daughter to fill in for him at the leader’s tablemissing glaringly obvious social cues, and generally cementing his appearance on the global stage as a top-tier buffoon.
And although we might all be thinking it, it’s taken an Australian journalist to come out and clarify, on a public platform, just how much of a clown the bloke is.
The ABC‘s Chris Uhlmann broke down exactly how (much of) the world sees the President of the United States in a scathing two-minute Insight segment that completely excoriated the “isolated and friendless” Orange One.

“Mr Trump is a man who craves power because it burnishes his celebrity. To be constantly talking and talked about is all that really matters… and there is no value placed on the meaning of words, so what is said one day can be discarded the next.”
ouch
People are feeling pret-ty strongly about it. The term “floodgates” comes to mind, in fact.

Someone had to say it, I guess.
