The obsession with crime stories – both investigative like Teacher’s Pet and simply storytelling like Casefile is at peak levels globally now. Just in case you’re not across it – I co-host with my Editor Josie, and each week one of us comes with an Australian mystery, be it an unsolved murder, a missing person, or some weird alien/paranormal shit. We tell the story to the other host and chat about our theories as to what bloody well happened.
We’ve covered the Backpacker Murders (did Ivan Milat have an accomplice?), the missing Patanela (how does a whole yacht just disappear?) and Yowies (are the mysterious bush creatures real?) and next Friday 3rd May 2019 at 7.30pm, we’ll be telling a crowd of people at the Giant Dwarf Theatre in Redfern, Sydney a mystery tale EACH. Live. No edits. Which is very alarming, if I may say so myself.
Tickets are just $20 and there’s still SOME left – but you’ll have to be quick if you want to come see us. And you should, because Josie will probably vomit from nerves and who doesn’t want to get a Boomerang of that happening, right? That alone is worth 20 bucks.
