We’d like to take this opportunity to sympathise for any torment you’ve received since the term MILF was introduced to sexually-charged adolescents back in ’99.

It can’t have been fun growing up ’round people who imagined unspeakable things with the woman who gave birth to you, wiped your toosh and, well, raised you into the fine specimen that you are today.

But there’s no need to worry about that anymore, you genetically blessed offsprings, because Fergie Ferg has resurfaced to redefine the acronym. You might’ve seen her recent music video for bonafide banger ‘M.I.L.F $‘, which sees the Black Eyed Peas alumni coining the term as “Mums I Like To Follow” instead. Less vulgar, more empowering, yeah?

Albeit all the celeb mums in the clip are visual 10s (um, a naked Kimmy K doused in milk, anyone?), but, hey, they’re also #KillingIt like it’s no one’s business. Naturally, this inspired PEDESTRIAN.TV to round up the best mums y’all should follow on social media.
