Billy Raygun, a name that is definitely made up, is a special effects artist from Los Angeles, who has started a crowdfunding campaign for a Babadook-styled dildo he has dubbed The BabaDong.
The BabaDong is a high quality silicone dildo, 7.5 inches in length and 5.75 inches in girth, with a sturdy base, “so you can strap it on and take it anywhere“. And it’s dishwasher-friendly, which is a definite selling point.
Raygun says he doesn’t think a great percentage of his fan base would appreciate him making sex toys, so he’s decided to stay anonymous for the time being, but says that he thought the BabaDong would be a “fun product” and “help a cause I’m passionate about at the same time“. He says he’ll be donating 10% of profits to The Lambert House, a LGBT youth centre in Seattle.
The Indiegogo campaign is just for preorders of plain black BabaDongs, which Raygun says he will produce if the campaign hits $15,000 USD. He’s got a sculpture ready for the task, and ideas for other colours like !!rainbow!! if all goes according to plan.
