60 Mins Dropped A Teaser For 6-Figure Tostee Interview & Punters Aren’t Keen

Given the evidence and circumstances, an acquittal for Tostee was the right decision for the jury. That being said, a salacious 60 Minutes interview is never gonna look particularly great in the eyes of the 60 Minutes audience (who are largely angry baby boomers). It won’t be good for Tostee and it won’t be good for anyone else.

The show posted very heavily edited snippets of the interview on social media, and the punters are not loving it:

It looks a bit dumb and staged, tbh, not that you were expecting much better.

Because look: no matter which way you spin it, someone died tragically. It all feels a bit ick. You can look forward to more glimpses of this one throughout the week.
