Lottery officials in the US are on the hunt for the owner of a winning lottery ticket worth a cool $US429 million (or $583 million Australian dollarydoos) after they matched all 6 digits on Saturday’s night’s Powerball draw.
The ticket was sold in Trenton, New Jersey and is the 7th biggest win in Powerball history, being just a bit under the GDP of the entire country of Dominica.
We can only hope that the winning ticket got lost in a gutter somewhere to soon be found by a down on his luck kid who gets to buy his friends, family and scruffy dog a bunch of cool shit before he realises real wealth is love or whatever, like a Disney movie.
Chances are though the winner has probably just been spending the last few days telling every single boss they’ve ever had to get fucked now that they probably never have to work another day in their life.
