But this is bigger than horny frat bros looking to fulfil their FFM ménage à trois fantasies. The app – by virtue of normalising and discussing sexual behaviours seen in some quarter as progressive – touts itself as an instrument of social change. Their mission statement? “Make society more open about sexual desires” for “all swingers, newbies, curious and experienced” because “they are all discriminated by society the same way gay people were 15 years ago” and “we need to evolve our social acceptance.”
