31 Y.O. QLDer Tragically Found Dead In Bali Villa Pool Days After Wedding

A 31-year-old from the Sunshine Coast who friends are calling “one a kind” has died in tragic circumstances while in Bali celebrating a friend’s wedding with mates.
The body of carpenter Tyler Kennedy, from Caloundra, was found at the bottom of the Canggu villa’s pool two days after the ceremony.
He was discovered by close mate and fellow surfer Jake Townsend, who went to see what he was up to after having earlier announced he was going for a swim.

“He was at the villa at about 8pm when he decided to go for a swim,” another friend, Dean Carpentertold the Sunshine Coast Daily. “Ten minutes had passed before Jake found him on the bottom of the pool.”
Desperate attempts were made to revive Kennedy at the scene but, tragically, he couldn’t be saved.
Friends and family have flooded his Facebook page with their favourite memories, describing him as “one of the greatest guys you’ll ever meet” and a “true positive energy”.

“He was telling me at Luke’s wedding on Tuesday how he had no real regrets in his life and that, that day was one of his best ever,” wrote one friend. “All the crew who knew him think of all the great times you had with him and that will keep him in your life forever.”

Our thoughts are with his loved ones at this horrible time.
