There’s been mounting evidence of a Chance the Rapper x Childish Gambino collaboration for a while now (see HERE), and we are pleased to report that this evidence is only growing and growing.
Donald Glover (AKA Childish Gambino), who was recently cast in the new ‘Star Wars‘ Han Solo spin-off as a young Lando Calrissian, has spoken to a radio show about the pair potentially working together and if the rumours are real.
He phoned into Big Boy’s Neighborhood on LA‘s Real 92.3 to discuss the new movie, his newest album ‘Awaken, My Love!’, and whether him and Chance would ever fulfil all of our dreams and release music together.
The rapper/actor told the show,
“We definitely met up. I don’t know if I’ll see him again now that he’s won a Grammy. We’ll see what happens.We actually sat down in the studio and were talking for a little bit.I mean we’re both busy but when he has like a moment we’ve just been sitting down and just working together. I think it’s about catching a vibe.”
Considering that the pair have featured on each other’s music for a while now, we can’t see how a Grammy would stand in the way – so this is giving us all kinds of hope and nice feelings.
