50 countries participate in Smirnoff’s Nightlife Exchange Project, which sounds a bit like an international sex tourism venture but is actually about getting a taste of the different nightlife experiences from all over the world by swapping local legends of the wheels of steel with those from abroad. This year Australia has made a trade with Italy, which will see house DJ/production duo Junior Jack & Kid Créme and Alex Gaudino play a one-off event in Melbourne on 12 November on the Harbour Esplanade in the Docklands.
The warehouse space will contain several different zones, each room representing an element of Italian nightlife – from historical Rome, to an 80s disco in the Alps, to fashionable cocktails in Milan, in just one night. All you need to do is choose your own adventure (and drink responsible, of course).
Thanks to Smirnoff we has 10 x double-passes to the event to giveaway. All you need to do is be in Melbourne on Saturday 12 November, and subscribe to the Pedestrian Daily. The first 10 people to email here with ‘I dream of Italy’ as the email subject will win. Don’t forget to include your full name and contact number.
