WIN: Tell Us How Music Saved Your 2020 & We Might Sling You An Epic Streetwear Package

Ahhh 2020, the year that gave us isolation and stripped us of all human contact for an extended period of time. It goes without saying that musicians and the art industry more broadly have been hit particularly hard during the pandemic, but it’s their incredible music and art that have helped many of us through this garbage year.

Aussie charity Musicians Making A Difference (MMAD) are starting this exact conversation with their brand new podcast ‘Music Saved Me’, which sits Aussie musos down and has some very real chats about how music has gotten them through the toughest of times, especially the ups and (many) downs of this year.

“It’s been a really difficult year for so many people, and we need these open and honest conversations more than ever,” MMAD co-founder Dominic Brook said.

“It really is a special insight into these artists and how or why their art is shaped and created.

Artists like Paul Dempsey, Illy, GRAACE and Conrad Sewell are just some of those spilling their guts on the podcast, which dropped just last week.

“We hope this podcast can inspire people out there who might be going through a tough time right now and help them realise they are not alone.”

MMAD, which work with vulnerable young people to provide creative support through situations of homelessness, poverty, mental illness and drug dependency, have also launched some pretty sick MMAD StreetWear to support their cause.

MMAD have also shared their I’m On A Wave video created in partnership with Universal Music Australia and the Australian music industry to celebrate annual MMAD Day (4-Dec). The clip features the chill rainbow graphic featured on their limited edition ‘Music Saved Me’ merch, designed by Joe Neathway.

By buying the streetwear, you’re directly supporting MMAD’s charitable programs. Even better: we’re giving a few packages away.

There are 10 limited edition prize packs to win, and each consist of:

  • 1x Music Saved Me Hat (Bucket or Cap/Black or White depending on stock) – $14.95
  • 1x Music Saved Me Tee (black or white depending on stock) – $24.95
  • 1x MMAD tote – $14.95

Total Value: $54.85

All you have to do is tell us how music has saved your 2020, and you could potentially win all this street swag.
