It has been 16 years since Weezer graced Australian shores for their Pinkerton World Tour in 1996 and finally, after false rumours, a Good Charlotte cover show, and bitter blog called Weezer Hates Australia, the alt-rock legends are returning.
With almost 20 years of tunes behind them, the band will be playing their Greatest Hits and – here’s the clincher – their seminal record known as The Blue Album from start to finish. Cue screams.
