WATCH: Woah, The Weeknd’s Vid For ‘False Alarm’ Is A Hectic POV Action Film

If you haven’t gotten on The Weeknd‘s new music video for ‘False Alarm’, which he dropped overnight, we would recommend you do that RIGHT GODDAMN NOW.
The video, which follows a bank robbery gone horribly, horribly wrong, is all shot from the POV of one of the robbers. And Christ almighty, the guy has a really, really bad time.
Just a warning – this is a legit action film, squeezed into just under 5 action-packed minutes. There is a lot of blood, you see a few people get visibly shot in the head, and you see a lot of people die. Some people will find it actively distressing. WE ARE NOT FUCKING AROUND HERE.
This was the facial expression pulled by this writer after she watched it:
It’s like if John McClane in ‘Die Hard’ went through the incredible bank robbery scene at the beginning of ‘The Dark Knight‘, and the entire bloody ordeal was all in the space of 4 minutes and 42 seconds. With way more blood.
If you’re sweet with all of that, go ahead here:
YEP, TOLD YA. Hope you okay, fam.
