Watch The Vaccines Live On Pedestrian

They may look a lot like just another well-heeled British indie band: four 20-something dudes with art school haircuts and DNA ties to The Horrors, but The Vaccines are proving their chops as pop punk contenders.

They took out third place in the BBC’s reputed Sound of list for 2011, and Debbie Harry and Alex Kapranos are self-professed fans of the band. (Debbie MF Harry!) And yep there’s some good tunes in amidst the hype too.

They’re about to be in the country to play Splendour In The Grass and a couple of sideshows (details below), but while they’re in town The Vaccines are also performing a special stripped back performance on Monday August 1st at 4.30pm which we are live streaming to the world.

Make sure you tune in to watch as it’s a world first for the band.
