WATCH: The First Melancholy Tune From Jinja Safari’s Final Album Is Here

You might be across the sad news: beloved Aussie indie pop band Jinja Safari are calling it quits.
The one-time Triple J Unearthed winners and festival faves promised that they weren’t going to leave fans empty handed though – they’ve got an album, Crescent Head, coming in two parts later this month. Today we’re premiering the first teaser track: a melancholy number named So Much.
Have a gander:
“There was creative freedom in this process,” says vocalist and guitarist Marcus Azon. “the main incentive for writing and releasing the songs was simply to give a little bit more music to the fans who had supported us for 6 odd years.”

Solid effort, gents. Cop Part 1 of Crescent Head on August 17, and Part 2 on August 24.
