The enormous One Love Manchester benefit gig was an emotional event for damn near everybody involved, with a whole host of stars delivering a stack of heartfelt hits.
Robbie Williams was no exception, and you better believe Angels hit him as hard as ever.
During his anthemic rendition, a visibly shaken Williams said “my voice is gone, I need you on this one.” The understanding Manchester crowd stepped the hell up.
The tune closed out with Williams’ amended version of Strong, which he debuted at another recent gig in Manchester. Angels levelled him during that show, too.

Williams also briefly rejoined his former fame-making act Take That during the end of their set.

Williams was just one of many singers hit by the emotion of the occasion, with Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande herself both sincerely floored by the occasion. Understandably so, we reckon.
