WATCH: Oh Shit, Lana Del Rey & The Weeknd May Have A New Collab Under Wraps

It’s been a lil’ while since Lana Del Rey’s last world-weary album Honeymoon dropped in 2015, and a bit has changed since then: a reality TV star became President of the United States, the planet flipped out about this fact, and apparently, album trailers became a thing.

In her latest audiovisual offering, Del Rey touches on all three of these points with that trademark disaffection. In a black-and-white clip announcing Lust For Life, the singer announces she’s been keeping herself on the DL amid these “dark times,” but promises there’s “no place I’d rather be than smack dab in the middle of Hollyweird making this record for you.”

Oh, also, there’s a not-even-subtle hint at a possible full-on The Weeknd collaboration, after it was revealed the bloke has a writing credit on the record. Peep that XO logo, all.
